English Templete has Fluid Width, But is NOT Set To Fluid.

Hi, I have a norwegian and a english version of my site. I believe they have identical settings, and both are set to fluid width ONLY for the banner on top of the page.

However, for the english page ALL lay-out elements show fluid width. But Fluid width is not active. See page: https://leantech.no/en/
