Staff replied SP Page Builder

Building pages with excisting pictures and videos in the image folder

Asked by Klaas Nienhuis 3 years ago Last activity 3 years ago

On my joomla website I have in my Image folder a lot of pictures and videos.
SP pagebuilder don't see those videos or pictures
Moving the videos to /httpdocs/media/videos/2023/07/13 doesn't help
The videos are larger than 10 mb, so i have to upload them with FTP
now I cant use them
Who knows a solution

Hi there!

Thanks for contacting us.

You need to upload your picture and video within SPPB media actually.

Please check and increase maximum size here in System> Global Configuration> Media: https://prnt.sc/Y6RwYSNepp3L

Hope this helps!

Best Regards
