FlipBox does Not Flip On Mobile (iPhone/Chrome)

Using SPPB 3.X, I have a section containing 3 flipbox addons. In desktop mode the boxes flip on hover but on mobile tests, when finger moves over the box, no change occurs.

Is this a known issue?
