Text Edit On Woodland Layout Bundle

Concerning the layout bundle named Woodland, how do I edit the the rotating texts, that says, "We Are The Best In The Town"? This is found on the home page. I am not seeing the text in the raw html using the SP Page Builder.
I am designing on my local machine.

Accepted AnswerHi, I took the screenshot and trying to upload the picture here. When I click on the "insert image" icon, rather than being allowed to browse to the picture and upload, I am receiving a link, just as if I clicked the create link icon. I tried both Firefox and Edge Browsers.
