1267 Illegal Mix Of Collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT)

Hello Joomshaper team! If a menu item in the alias on the Helix Ultimate contains a special character such as ä, ö, ü, the system writes:
1267 Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='
Is this a template or a general Joomla4 problem? Thanks for brief information. Kurt

but how it's possible that you can even use "ä, ö, ü" in menu item alias? Joomla by default changes into "ae oe ue". Ok, I suppose that you enabled "Unicode Aliases" in Global Configuration.
- Why you cannot use just "a o u" in menu item alias ? less worries, unless you have to.
- Check on different template (Casiopeia) and then you will know. But Yes, and I made confirm/deny test on Helix Ultimate and it's possible. But you can repeat my test. I suggest making research on forum.joomla.org - to get know what you have to change with database.
