I'm unable to save settings. I see the popup 'Settings Saved'. I then go on to the Tax section and upon saving I only get the spinning wheel and nothing else happens. When I go back to General settings page all my info is missing.

Additionally the New Zealand currency is not an available option. Also we prefer no 'thousands seperator. I only see the option of a comma or decimal point.

I've added admin details.

There seem to be quite a few issues I'm having with EasyStore.

I've just installed the latest version 1.0.3. The main issues are...

  • product variants are not showing on the frontend
  • no products are showing on the main storefront
  • unable to search for products. no products found.
  • tax is showing as 0%. even though tax is set to 15%. (i think changing the country to default to New Zealand will solve this).
  • There's no option to display prices including tax on the product page.
  • In NZ we do not use 'thousands seperator. Please add the option 'none'.

Joomla 5.0.0 PHP 8.2

Variations displayed fine now. Some third-party plugins conflict with the EasyStore extension. That's why occurred some problems. Can't figure out this problem.

Are you able to tell me which third-party plugins were causing the issue? I may need to find alternative plugins.

The 403 seems to be caused by IP block (RSFirewall) Please send me your IP, for whitelisting. Also, that url has an SEF url ... https://www.groovedjs.co.nz/shop/ This page still does not display as expected.

Additional tax is incorrectly added during checkout.

No problem found on save tax option and tax displayed fine. You can't create multiple storefront page. Now I have disabled one page and check again. Thanks

The item does not add to cart.

also, there is additional tax added in the checkout.

I've also just edited the StoreFront page, using SPPagebuilder. I've changed the 'Grid Column' from 3 to 5. I now cannot see any products on the storefront at all.

I have disabled all cache. server, Joomla and browser.

The cart still adds additional tax during checkout. The price for the photobooth in the backend is entered excluding tax (778.26). The price displays in the front end including tax (895.00). which is great. Then when you add to cart and go to the checkout and select New Zealand as the Shipping Address an additional 15% tax is added. NOT GOOD. The subtotal displays including tax. GOOD The Tax amount should be $116.74 The Total amount should then be $895.00

Also, when I add another item to the cart it does NOT appear in the cart or checkout.

You say it is a cache issue but all caches have been cleared and disabled.
