Quickstart Package Editing The Header Section

Using Quickstart Hope. I.e page Volunteer. How to edith the header section i.e change background color, title ect. Once on Fronteditor , this top part of the page is not editable. I searched documentation and videos to figure this out in vain, please advise.
*The rest of the page is working fine, I can edit using frontend except the top part.

I completely understand the option you've suggested. This affects the whole website and I am able to do. But what I am talking about is the way hope template/quickstart individual pages are set does not allow me to changes things. for example on page volunteer, how do I change the background of the header section and change its name from volunteer to volunteer1 ect... without changing the whole website. For some reason I am unable to paste picture to show what I am talking about, I did hope proving my credentials below will allow you to get in a see. Please advise.
*It is the page title section that is not editable. I look in template style, this is the part I am have an issue with. It is either invisible is certain pages or visible in pages like volunteer but uneditable.
*I just figured it out. Thanks, no need to proceed with this one.

You can change the header, footer section from the templates options, not from the SP Page Builder front end or back end editing.
