Administrator Page Issue

Hello, i installed the ALLURA quickstart template containing EasyStore. However, the admin page display is broken. At times it's ok...but immediately it breaks and doesn't allow you to work. I am in a subdomain, because I want to prepare my site while waiting for the migration tool from J2store to EasyStore. here is the link for the administration part. Can you please help me solve this issue ?

If we talk about missing CSS styles - this is popular issue, but caused by Joomla itself, related by double gzip compression.
Please:
- remove/rename current .htaccess file - test site.
- And use htaccess from Joomla 4.4 (!) if you had older.
- if you still have problem, disable Gzip compression in configuration.php file
- Follow tips from htaccess.txt comments.
