I have a problem with addon carousel I have to manuelly add items to the carousel I cant point out a folder with images and all images in the folder are added to the carousel. is there anyone who have a solution to my problem?

Very few carousel systems do that so I don't think that that is that surprising...
Plus, doing it the way that would be negative for the SEO and Accessibility as there would not be any or good Alt description among other issues...

It was designed to be like that, but anytime you can use different Image slider/carousel module that allows that and use it inside Module addon.
Indeed @Eleanora has right, it's better to have options to add custom ALT/TITLE description for images than automatically using file names for it.
TIP
On Joomla Extension Directory (JED) search module using phrases: "carousel", "Image slider" , "image scroller" or "Slideshow" to find it, then check its description for needed feature.
Or ask on local Joomla Community Forum for trusted extension.
