SPPB 5.2.4 Not Loads Module Assets (css, Js), Why?

When using the addon module, the module does not load the linked JS and CSS files despite having been added using Factory::getDocument()
In particular, I am loading an SP Simple Portfolio module with 12 items and by not loading the CSS file, 12 full-width images are seen, generating a scroll that is too large.
I guess this is a bug, or not?
