Manually Adding Customers Bug

Hi there
If I try to add a customer via the add customer option, it shows the following error:
Save failed with the following error: Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (lgtmv2401z_lgtjoom5.fx2nh_easystore_users, CONSTRAINT fx2nh_easystore_users_ibfk_1 FOREIGN KEY (user_id) REFERENCES fx2nh_users (id) ON DELETE CASCADE ON UPDATE CASCADE)
It does the same if I try to duplicate a user.
I managed to add 1 user via this method but it wont allow any more.
