Values In Fields are Lost

When I put a value into added field in a text block in frontend editor, after save and click again on the object, the values are changed back to old values. In backend editor it is working fine. In standard text block I can't reproduce this issue. Is there any trick or point to pay attention by own fields, that the value isn't taken correctly to database? I'm using SPPB 5.2.5. Thanks a lot.
