Hi,

I've build this page in SP pagebuilder. The green menu under the top menu contains anchor links to sections further down the same page.

What i want to achieve is a function where instead of clicking on the different anchorlinks you can use you mouse wheel to navigate between anchor links so when you scroll down you go to the next anchor link, when you scroll up you go to the previous anchor link.
