How To Include Checkbox Data In Reply Email

FORMBUILDER CHECKBOX FIELDS.
As you know the checkbox field does not have a field name to include in the short code reply email. Everyother field has a field name and I can get the return data to show in the return email.
All except the Checkbox field.
How do we incoude this field? What the secret? I've scoured all of your documentation and see no reference to it.

You have to set the field name for checkbox items and then add them in your email template. If the user checks it, then you will see the field name and if not, then there will no values.
