Another Bug: What The Point To Add An Arrow And A Bottom-line By Default To Icons Group?

I can remove it by CSS for sure, but what the point to create it this way so I must customly remove it? CSS settings are blank, there is no any evidence where it would be set, then why I get it? I would show the printscreens if you let users to uploaded images to share instead inserting a link.
