Nuron Template & SP Medical On Joomla 5

Hi, is it safe to install Nuron template and use SP Medical on a new site with Joomla 5 and php 8.2? I found only few informations about compatibility and I don't want to create a new site tha becomes obsolete in a couple of years. Thank you!
PS A table with all templates/extensions and where they are up to (php version, joomla version, helix version) would be great!
