Not in the current version, maybe in next months we will add support of digital products, but not "tomorrow".

By now, you can sell product with free delivery, and then send someone a link manually via e-mail.

Let me clarify, can a digital file such as an illustrator or photoship file, be treated as a product for download after purchase
