Heollo Team SP PB!

I am having an issue with padding and margins in SP PB 5 for both the text boxes and rows.

I can't seem to get padding to work for the text boxes and the left and right margins for rows seem to work sometimes.

On my website, one row "Mine tailings Could be the Answer" (green background) I couldn't get the left margin to 300px unless I first locked the margins at 300px and thne unlocked the margins and corrected the TRB margins, leaving the left margin at 300. That worked.

The row where nothing has worked for padding the text is "Metalliquest is your..." (lavender background). Can't get any padding input to work.

I was using Firefox on Win 10, so I switched to Chrome; same result.

Kindly advise your thoughts,
