EasyStore 1 week ago

Hello,

I just updated the EasyStore to v.1.1.0 and I was excited to test the Bank payment but when I opened the Settings to set it up, I found this:

Something went wrong!

When I try to open the Checkout settings it is getting worse:

Unhandled Runtime Error

TypeError: can't access property "call", i[t] is undefined

Please open the browser console for more information!

store/js/app/4414.js (2:3192)
c

store/js/app/admin.settings.js (2:108942)

What should I do now?

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out.

Kindly check the following troubleshooting points:

https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/troubleshooting#unhandled-runtime-error-typeerror-undefined-is-not-an-object-evaluating-i-e-call

These should work for both the SP Page Builder and EasyStore.

Best Regards

Hello,

Thank you for your answer. I tried everithing mentioned in the link but nothing helped. I even tried on a device that has never opened this admin.

The error is still Something went wrong!

I gave you permissions to login and check by yourself. Please check it and then try to suggest.

Thank you!
