What's With The Unfair Pricing Of Upgrading Plans?

I just renewed my Personal Plan a few days ago and was considering upgrading to the Business Plan, however it wants to charge me FULL PRICE! 😡
That's not fair!
What would be fair is the following:
(New Plan Price) - (Prorate of current plan) = (Upgrade Price)
Example
(Business $199) - (Prorate of 359 days of Personal Play $99 = ($95.93)) = ($103.07 Upgrade Price)
You'd probably generate more business if you had it setup this way, which is logical and fair.

Apology for the inconvenience. Upgrading does not work automatically at this moment. You have to purchase a new plan and then email to us at [email protected]. We will manually remove the old plan and add the remaining days to the new upgraded plan.
