(Guest) Order Details Still Doesn't Display Phone Number For Shipping/billing

Great job on mostly fixing the Order Details page for Guest users; I can now see the person's email and name. Still having to use a database viewer (phpMyAdmin, dbForge) to get into the _easystoreorders table to view the new orders and pull the phone number from the user submission.
