Vertical Align In Section Option Gone?

I'm using the newest SP Page builder Pro version. Which is 5.3.2.. Before i have in mind that we could vertical align the options (like header text/ textblock/ image an so on.,..) inside a section. Now i miss this option?

There is an option Column Alignment in Section settings. Please check it.
