Hello! I have a problem with a template I purchased from you. This is the Megainc template. My problem is with the contact form here - https://asclub.org/kontakti It doesn't give an error message, but it doesn't work and it doesn't send the query to the specified email address. I need help...

Hello Lyubomir Bachev

You are using Joomla default Contact Form. We have not customized anything of this component. This is not our issue. You can try SP Page Builder Form Builder addon instead of this. I have taken a page named Test and used Form Builder addon there. It works fine. Please check the page.
