Sticky Header Using Layout Graphic In Configuration | Desperate

Greetings,

Instead of creating a headers/custom/header.php I'd like to use the layout to create it. How do I create a header with 2 positions and a nav underneath and make it sticky. Do I create a 3rd <nav with class uk-sticky?
