Translation Doesn't Work Well

Hello,
I still have troubles with the translation of EasyStore. Some of the constants are simply not working. Maybe they are hardcoded, I don't know. You can see some of the missings in the screenshot.
In the same screenshot there are two more issues marked:
- The customer name is not the same as the one filled durring checkout. Instead it is the user name.
- The phone is missing even when it is marked as a required field.
