Thank you for reaching out.

Please go to Joomla Administrator > Menus Tab > Main Menu > Select Buy Ticket > Unpublish It. prnt.sc/lZ8rkPzkBjJ8 It will make the button disappear. Additionally, you can delete the menu, also can delete the related page if you don't need the page anymore.
