Contactforms Not Working

I have some contact forms on my website, they all have the same issue: when I push the send button, then nothing happens! They used to work.
Updates are fine: SPpagebuilder 5.4.1 + Helix Ultimate Joomla 5.2
I do recieve the testmail through configuration>Server>Email. So no problems with sending mails through Joomla.

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. You have added jquery inside the template of Helix. That's why occurred this problem. Please check it via switch default Joomla template. You will understand why it happens.
