Popup, Responsive Condition

Hi,
Can we have an option to choose for the popup to appear on which device, laptop, tablet, or mobile? Because most of the time, the popup we use for desktop might not good if its the same for mobile. So most of the time we need to create something different to better fit the mobile layout.
