Solved SP Page Builder

Error message “Wrong answer! Please enter right answer.”

Am using SP Page Builder on our website. We now randomly get an error message “Wrong answer! Please enter right answer.” when someone completes the Contact Us forms with legitimate contact details and emails. Please help.
