Upload Media Files, Not More Than 10mb?

I am trying to upload an ogg file, that is 15mb. However I am getting an error stating the file is more than 10mb. My php.ini is set for max file upload 128mb. How do I upload largr files than 10mb in Page Builder?

Thank you for reaching out. To adjust the maximum media file size, please update the global configuration settings in Joomla as per your requirements (in MB). You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/4aDpbYNwVfzZ
