Hi, please see screenshot.

The boxes seem to be differing heights. I have the intro text cut off set to 60 charactors.

Can you advise so I can line them up please? Thank you

HI Alec,

In that case, increase limit to 62 or 63 or 64 characters. Test each of them.

2nd option would be using Custom CSS to set static height of the white new box.
