Lightbox Gallery Causes 404 Error

I am unable to get the lightbox gallery to work at all, as soon as i add it to a page the page goes to a 404 error, this is a video of the process: https://support.gingerweb.co.uk/NQunz7l4

this is one of the pages i have tried to add the Lightbox but it is obviously off now otherwise the page wouldnt work: https://www.xtremetrees.co.uk/services/tree-removal
