Startuplanding Template, Joomla Version 4.x Php 8.1.. Deprecated Warnings.

Having difficulity with Startuplanding template on php 8.1. Receiving the following warnings.

( ! ) Deprecated: json_decode(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($json) of type string is deprecated in \templates\startuplanding\features\logo.php on line 35.

This was from the startuplanding_quickstart_j4_v2.0.1.zip

Please advise.
