Easyshop Delivery Plugins "ready To Use"

Hello, please add "ready to use " delivery methods like you did for payment. Take example on Hikashop. Although they have old desig, their fuctions are perfect and well minded. : marketplace, memberships, delivery methods, payment methods...Just copy and adapt !!!
