MP4 Video Source issue (fullscreen, play/pause)

Asked by Yiannis 1 year ago Last activity 1 year ago

I recorded a small video with 1-2 issues i have here: https://channel.osys.gr/watch/cTVeIrneT60
You can see an SP Page Builder page where i have a Video Addon with an MP4 Video Source.
My problems are (2nd is more important):

  1. When i click on the play icon (down left side) video is not playing. Also if i click pause at the same area, it doesn't stop. I have to click somewhere near the center to do these.
  2. When i click on the fullscreen icon (down right side), although player goes fullscreen the area of the video is still a small proportion.

The webpage with the issues is here: https://osys.world/solutions-for-construction

Hi Yiannis,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking your URL, it appears there maybe is an override addon in place. Could you please grant me admin access to the hidden content section so I can resolve this issue?

Before proceeding, I kindly request that you take a full backup of your site to ensure its safety.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Best regards,
