MP4 Video Source Issue (fullscreen, Play/pause)

I recorded a small video with 1-2 issues i have here: https://channel.osys.gr/watch/cTVeIrneT60 You can see an SP Page Builder page where i have a Video Addon with an MP4 Video Source. My problems are (2nd is more important):
- When i click on the play icon (down left side) video is not playing. Also if i click pause at the same area, it doesn't stop. I have to click somewhere near the center to do these.
- When i click on the fullscreen icon (down right side), although player goes fullscreen the area of the video is still a small proportion.
