EasyStore - Track Inventory ERROR! Why 0 If Stock Quantity is 97??

Good morning, here’s another thing I don’t understand.

In Track Inventory, the product ACC.TUB.02 - High-pressure white tube 100m has a stock quantity of 97 pieces, but strangely, when I try to modify the order, the available quantity shows as 0.

How is this possible?"

Actually, all products are showing as 0 in available quantity, even though the correct quantities have been entered.
