Problem With Installing Indigo Quickstart Pack

Dear Support Team,
i try to install the Quickstart Package for indigo but get an error saying
- Invalid field: Username of the Super user, even the name is correctly filled
- Verify database credentials, database type, database name, or host name. If MySQL 8 is installed, please follow the steps in the documentation. I double checked all 3 times, everything is ok and no MySQL 8 installed. I downloaded also new and copied new to the server.
Can you please help me.

Accepted AnswerHi Joachim,
- Do not use "admin" as login name during installation.
- First install raw Joomla 4.4.13 (taken from joomla.org) to be sure that everything with server settings is OK. If you will be able to install it, then let me know after. If not, correct server settings.
In QS we used Joomla core installer, this is NOT a custom one.

Accepted AnswerThank you very much dear Paul and sorry for bothering you. I found the problem, it was related to my provider. I was in need to make a sub domain to install a new template under the main domain. Usually i did this in the past in a new folder in the root of my main domain. That was the problem, why it was not working. Now i made a sub domain and installed everything fine. I appriciate your fast replay. Thank you again...
