Contac Form Not Work

ood morning, I'm having trouble using the contact component. the page is made with joomla. when I send test mail from the control panel it is sent without problems but when I do it from the Frontend I do not receive any response. The message it returns to me when inspecting is the following Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (). The mail manager that I use in the joomla configuration is smtp. For most users usually it works. But sometimes problems might happen due to different situation.
Remember to fill those two fields from settings: "From Name" and "From Emai'l (use email from your domain, but different that used in "Recipient Email" field and check again.
If it does not help- please check mail spam folder.
