Getting Contact Form EAA Conform

I control all pages of my site due to the BFSG, the german law of the European Accessibility Act (EAA). So I test each page with https://wave.webaim.org/ . So I found this for the pagebuilder contact form https://wave.webaim.org/report#/https://www.will-cassel.com/de/kontakte/anfahrt

8 Errors 8 X Missing form label and 5 Alerts 5 X Orphaned form label

 Is there a way to get off of this Errors and Alerts? I didn't found one!
