Object Of Class StdClass Could Not Be Converted To String - Addon Services

Hello, i have an issue with the addon "services" in SP Page Builder. When i paste a link (URL) to a title, image or button in addon services (input field backend), the message "Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string" is showing on frontend. When I remove the link in the backend and save, the message remains. Only when I delete and hide the addon does the page work again. At the moment i´d be unable to link my contents via direct URL. In other addons, where the option with menu links is given, that works. I read that you have to edit the site.php of the addon so that this error no longer occurs. But what do i have to change to make it work again? Yesterday i had the same issue with the image addon. I changed the PHP Version from 8.1.33 to 8.4.7 and it works for the image addon. No error occours on frontend, but with the services addon its the same fault. PHP Version: 8.4.7 SP Page Builder: 5.7.1 Thx for your help!

Apologies for the inconvenience you're experiencing.

The error message “Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string” in the Services addon is caused by an issue in how media paths are being handled — typically when the addon expects a string, but receives an object instead.

This usually occurs due to custom overrides from your template or a third-party integration that alters the default addon behavior. We noticed that your current template is not developed by JoomShaper, and it includes overrides for SP Page Builder addons.

Please refer to our documentation for more context: 👉 SP Page Builder Troubleshooting Guide

Since the issue originates from an override outside of our component, this falls beyond our support scope. We recommend contacting the template developer for a compatible update or fix.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Best regards
