Category Blog As A Menu Item In The Top Level is Not Called Up If There are Submenu Items.

Hello,

after installing 2.1.3 Category blogs in the top menu level no longer open if there are submenu items. After uninstalling 2.1.3 and reinstalling 2.1.2, everything works normally again. Ist this problem recognized?
