For example, we require a system where attaching a title, text, and images to an article and saving it enables searching for words within the text itself.

You can set the Blog page as your home page and redesign it to fit your needs.
For writing and styling articles, you can also use SP Page Builder. To make the content searchable, create a module with Smart Search, then index all your Joomla articles and SP Page Builder pages. You can display this search module in your desired position so users can easily search inside your library content.
