Sorry for the inconvenience and the delayed response due to the weekend. The currency symbol is being controlled through CSS. To modify it, you'll need to use custom CSS.

Please add the following code to your Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS, modifying it to your liking:

    content: "USD";
}
