Can Orders Report Be Created?

Hello,
I would like to do a simple export of all paid orders within a certain date range to a spreadsheet. Is there a way to easily run a report that will give me Customer Name, Invoice #, Order Date and Price Paid or would I have to go on backend side and try to run a SQL command on a specific table?
