Dynamic Content - Multilangual

Good afternoon

I search in the topics here, and in the overview of the dynamic content. But I can't find any information about multlanguages.

Am i supposed to make a table for every language? Or can I include all languages in an extra textfield, named (UK/ES/IT/FR...) depending on the language?
