Page OK But No Modules Shown

I have a page based on SP Page Builder, handed over to me by a contractor. It looks nice, but no modules appear on the page - despite there being some that are configured to appear on all pages. Why might that be?

Joomla 5.4.0, very slightly modified Cassiopeia, latest SPPB.

- Do we talk about Modules used inside Page (using Module addon) or in general in Template Module position?
- About what kind of modules we are talking about: SPPB modules, Joomla core modules, extra installed modules?
- SPPB Addons =/= Modules (I hope that is clear).
From what I have seen in source code:
- Module breadcrumbs - was disabled by Custom CSS
- Module "popup" (WhatsApp) was partialy disabled by class is_hide
- Whole sidebar-right was hidden by Custom CSS , somebody used that
And this is not from SPPB!
I see normal page with addons, no weird gaps.
