Page OK but no modules shown

I have a page based on SP Page Builder, handed over to me by a contractor. It looks nice, but no modules appear on the page - despite there being some that are configured to appear on all pages. Why might that be?

Joomla 5.4.0, very slightly modified Cassiopeia, latest SPPB.

Hi Martin,

Do we talk about Modules used inside Page (using Module addon) or in general in Template Module position?
About what kind of modules we are talking about: SPPB modules, Joomla core modules, extra installed modules?
SPPB Addons =/= Modules (I hope that is clear).

From what I have seen in source code:

Module breadcrumbs - was disabled by Custom CSS
Module "popup" (WhatsApp) was partialy disabled by class is_hide
Whole sidebar-right was hidden by Custom CSS , somebody used that

And this is not from SPPB!

I see normal page with addons, no weird gaps.
