I've just installed the Hope template quickstart package and am trying to figure out what to do next. I'm not someone who enjoys learning by just tinkering about with things - I prefer a more structured approach. I'm looking for a good 'getting started' guide (preferably a video) which will walk me through some of the basics such as changing the colour scheme, changing the menu and replacing the logo.

I've had a heavy learning curve over the last few days trying to get to grips with Joomla and creating a basic but functional site. I then decided that investing in a professional template would be a good way forward, but I'm now feeling a bit overwhelmed with a whole new interface and approach to try and make sense of, so any pointers to a calm, clear tutorial for beginners would be much appreciated!
