I ask my developer partner to develop a custom shipping carrier plugin for EasyStore, specific for Indonesia country. But we are stuck, wonder why the plugin can't be called after we installed it.

We followed instruction from https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/easystore/how-to-create-a-custom-shipping-carrier-for-easystore#3-build-the-main-plugin-class

We tried to integrate with local source rajaongkir.com that provide API for local shipping couriers.

I wonder maybe we can get some insight from Joomshaper team for this technical issue.
