Hi,

As long time customer i should say , i feel even more disappointed ... More than a week to get answer " actually not included" (whereas already possible in Hikashop since many years) ( about ticket https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/42133). 2 years to develop Colissimo plugin ( witha all zip files to adapt that I sened) "Dynamic Content" should be "revolution" but a free component called Flexicontent (although ugly design) does 100 much better in functions Easystore needs to be legally adapted for countries where you want to sell it . That can have very bad consequences. Once more check at "old" extensions lke Hikasjhop that is aware of all aspects.

I understand you have difficulties with European market but please accept help of Users that want your component a quick evolution. Else they will go back to exisiting solutions .

The team was too busy this week. I do not mean to show excuse but to include new features, we would require time and effort. Before the BLACK FRIDAY time, it is difficult for us to do new things.

I genuinely appreciate your concern and enthusiasm about the product. I would request your patience as you are showing all the time. Things will be much better over the time.

Ok thanks fopr quick answer ( this time :) ) . I should say without threat of my customer i had not been so affraid... if website isnt ready in the week ( i just called him ) i may have to pay him back big amount because it was a loss for him.

It is generally impossible to make a product work for everyone. But, we are honestly trying to make a good product.

Let's see how far EasyStore can achieve.


I have replied to the other post. Unfortunately, it won't be possible for us to add maps in shipping methods.

May an external developer include it ? or is techncoally impossible ? why boclking this ? thanks Because of such lacks from Easystore i just lost a 2500 euros customer.

You may customize the product and use it in your own project, but we are not permitting any external contributions or development on the product itself. Sorry for your loss by the way.
