The issue is occurring because the speed and duration values are set incorrectly. Additionally, you are using 28+ slides, so the bullets may change after every 3+ slides, since there are only 10 bullet points available due to set 3 items per slide.

Please adjust the speed and duration settings and review the number of slides to resolve the issue.
